It doesn't matter how you look at it, training with a group is a great way to make the kilometers fly by! There's safety in numbers too! Remember, experts recommend that you should be able to carry on a conversation through most of your training sessions - so why not have someone to talk to? It's far better than being left alone with those voices in your head that only seem to tell you to slow down, or stay on the couch!

If the temperature according to Environment Canada is -25° C including wind chill 30 minutes prior, the run or walk will be cancelled.
